Responsibilities: Operation, Maintenance & Management of 2.4 MGD WWTP, RO plant and 5x Sewage Lift Stations, Controlling of Treatment Process & quality of Treated Effluent, Controlling of Process & Quality of Treated Effluent, Controlling of MLSS, SVI, DO concentration and MCRT in Activated Sludge Process, Regulation of Sludge within the system, Hypochlorite Dosage for Disinfection. Sludge Management, Laboratory Operation and Management of regular flow of sewerage water from all LSs to STP.
Additional Responsibilities: Worked as Project Engineer during Commissioning & Installation of 2.0 MGD WWTP at Sea View Karachi, now overlooking Operation & Maintenance of the plant through contractor, carried out Rehabilitation & Re-commissioning of 2.4 MGD WWTP and now working on a new project of Planning, Installation and Commissioning of 3x Containerized WWTPs.

Responsibilities: Planning & Production of Laminated MDF and Chip Boards, Process Controlling of Impregnation and Lamination, Coating and dosage adjustment of Urea formaldehyde, Melamine Formaldehyde and other additives on decorative paper, Chemicals Batch preparation, Lab Testing for paper GSM, Gelling & Curing of UF and MF, Controlling of Temperature and Time of Drying and Thermal-Hydraulic Press.
